Use this report to identify redundant files on your website or in your document batch. This is useful for removing unwanted duplicate document files to free space for more files. Having multiple copies of the same documents may lead to multiple versions of a document if separate edits are made to different copies of the same document.
This example shows a very small list, but many times the list is much larger.
The first column has the file size, the second column contains the MD5 checksum, and the third column has the file name and location of the document.
The largest files appear at the top of the list to allow you to quickly identify and remove the largest files first.
